Chuck Smith was born and raised in Wichita Falls, and he graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in economics before going to South Texas College of Law in Houston.
He's been licensed to practice law since 1995, and he spent 7 years in the district attorney's office as an assistant district attorney before starting his own practice in 2002. He's tried felony cases in both state and federal courts. He has handled misdemeanor cases, and he can represent people in family matters and criminal defense.
